The Wuppertal police offer to inform the traffic service of planned excursions or school trips so that the coach and driver can be checked within the scope of staffing possibilities. The Traffic Service Group 3 - Special Traffic is responsible for this.

Register early
Please register your departure in good time, ideally at least two weeks before the departure date, and consult with the teaching staff and/or other parents if necessary, so that the trip is only registered once by the school or the organizer.
Registrations for bus departures should not be made by telephone, but only in writing by fax on 0202/284- 9108 or by email to: L.VD.Wuppertal [at] polizei.nrw.de (L[dot]VD[dot]Wuppertal[at]polizei[dot]nrw[dot]de)
We require the following information:
- the exact place of departure (town, zip code, street, house number) the exact departure date and time of the bus (date, time)
- if possible, the name of the bus company that is carrying out the journey (not the tour operator)
