The police in the Bergisch city-triangle want people in our area to feel safe in their own four walls. This includes keeping you informed about the ongoing development of burglary crime in Remscheid, Solingen and Wuppertal.
To give you an overview of where burglaries are taking place in your city, we provide overview maps showing the residential burglaries (including attempts) of the past week in the individual districts. For data protection reasons, the exact streets and house numbers of the crime scenes are not visible.
In order to be able to show all districts equally, we have to select an appropriate scale for the map section. However, this means that detailed zoom levels are not possible, as the resolution does not allow this.
In addition to the radar, we report daily on residential burglaries by means of press releases - there with street names.
We use pin symbols for the home burglary radar: Red needles indicate completed burglaries, yellow needles attempted burglaries!
